SPAY/USA, a program of The Pet Savers Foundation, is a nationwide network and referral service for affordable spay/neuter services.

Offers vouchers and discount certificates that can be used at your local veterinarian for spay/neuter services.   NOT limited to NC residents.  Order online, by mail, or in person.

A non-profit mobile surgery group committed to addressing the increasing companion animal overpopulation issues in our state.  It's our goal is to provide low-cost spay and neuter services to all North Carolinians.

 

 

 

Pet owners may purchase a certificate from Friends of Animals that can be used for a routine spay or neuter surgery at any of FoA's participating veterinary hospitals.

Provides low cost sterilization of companion animals. Also offer routine vaccinations to the public at a substantially reduced rate to promote responsible pet ownership.
